Laken's Wedding and Random Stuff

I'm so far behind on posting, but June is just not a good month for me!  These are just a few pictures from our niece's wedding and a couple from a photoshoot with Miss Tara.

9 Months

Weight: 20 lbs 13 oz (75%)

Height: 28 inches (50%)

Head: 17 3/4 inches (75%)

Clothes: 12 and 18 Months.  12 months are getting a little snug.

Looks like I have a short fat baby with a big head!!

Teeth: 7 - 4 on top and 3 on bottom

I can't believe my baby girl is already 9 months old.  Tara is crawling all over the place, pulling up on everything and has started getting up and walking on her hands and feet.  It won't be long before the little stink is walking!  She always scrunches up her nose and blows through it and will usually do it when you do, but I still haven't been able to get it on camera.  As you can tell by the picture, the mosquitos LOVE her!

My Little Ballerinas

Robert's aunt teaches dance here in Albany, and she got the girls these tutus when they were born.  We wanted to get some pictures of them in front of the backdrop before the recital without her knowing, but we couldn't ever get in without her being there.  So we decided to just do them while she was there, in between practices.  It was very entertaining trying to get a good picture of 2 8 month olds and about 30 high school girls watching!  Out of 192 pictures, these are a few of the ones that were "okay".  Most of these though, are just plain funny!

I guess she was upset that Kamryn was "touching her"!

And there is the tounge!  Kamryn was just doing perfect and Tara was being a TOOT!

8 Months

Well, I'm only about 2 weeks late posting this, but I guess it's better late than never!  Tara is 8 months old now.

Weight:  Last time I took her, which was several weeks ago, she weighed 18 lbs 14 oz.

Clothes:  12 Month and even a few 18 month

Food:  Still eating baby food like a champ, and has tried a few different table foods.  I haven't found anything she doesn't like yet!

She has started trying to crawl, and has almost got it down.  She gets up on her knees and rocks, but when she wants to go it's down to the army crawl.  She just started going from laying down to sitting on her own, and is starting to try to pull up. 

She's got 6 teeth, 4 on top, and 2 on bottom. 

 

She is a MESS and full of personality!!!

I guess he's scared of my driving!

I was taking pictures of Hannah in the outfit I made her and she had to have one with Tara of course.  You can tell she was thrilled!

We got the boys a little pool for MaMa's house this summer and set it up Monday.  She wasn't too crazy about the water at first, but I guess once she warmed up she loved it.
