Random Catch-up Post

I'm trying to get caught up again with a bunch of pictures.

It's pig time again

Hanging out at the barn

Happy Halloween!

We kind of waited until the very last minute for costumes!

Ready for some football

Happy Thanksgiving!

Tara finally got a "real" haircut.  Before...
After.  It looks sooo much healthier and thicker!

I tried to get Christmas card pictures.  Here are a few from our first session.  They didn't turn out so great.  My camera had been giving me fits.  And the 2 year old did a little too!  haha

I've been horrible about getting pictures when we do stuff, but my whole family came to eat at the Beehive for my dad's birthday.  Mike, Charity and all the kids came early so we could get some pictures of all of them together.  Again, my camera decided to give me fits, so pretty much none of them turned out.  I'm so upset!!!  But we (and by we, I mean Charity) managed to snap this of my brothers and I in my yard before we left.  I always hate pictures of myself, but I just love this one.  I guess because I love my brothers!

Soooo, Momma got an early Christmas present!  The Canon 7D  :)  I'm so excited about it I can't stand it!  We finally had a weekend nice enough to take more pictures, so I loaded up the kids and we headed to the Abilene State Park.  Here are a just a few of my favorites.

My Koy boy definately keeps it interesting!

Kamryn & Tara Turn 2

We decided to have the girls' birthday party at the barn again, so I guess it will become a tradition.  Because they are so different, instead of trying to figure out something together we wanted to do something else this year.  We each got them their own cakes and just didn't do a whole lot of decorating.  I mean, come on, how much decorating can you do to an old barn anyway!?!  Haha  Kamryn is really into Dora, so she had a Dora cake.  Right before their birthday, Tara developed an obsession with elephants.   So, an elephant cake it was.  I have to give major props to Chrystal.  I found the fabric I wanted to use for her dress, printed a picture of it and gave it to her and told her I didn't care what it looked like.  I just wanted it to match her dress.  She did an AWESOME job!!!

Is that not cute!?!  Matched her dress perfectly!

Waiting patiently to blow out the candles

Finally time

She really seemed to enjoy her cake!  haha
I was a little afraid to get any closer to it

Time for presents

And playing in the dirt!

The boys played a little football
We cooked, ate, played, had a great time and finally headed home.  No mud this year and the weather was perfect!

Little sister was WORN OUT!

My mom re-painted our old doll bed for her.  She loves it!
