Still a tiny little girl, but grinning and talking all the time. She has been sleeping through the night regularly for about 2 weeks, from 8:30 until 7:00. She is just the sweetest thing ever!

Spitting up last month, sneezing this month. I wonder what I'll catch on camera next month!

Slowly but Surely

Update - Some of you probably read my "vent" last week before I removed it, but for those that didn't, I'll sum it up. I took Tara to the dr. last Monday, she only weighed 7 lbs, 10 oz. which is only 1 oz. bigger than her birth weight at over a month old. I took her back a week later and she weighed 8 lbs. Thankfully everything is fine, she's just a tiny little thing and a slow "grower". So here's a few pictures. I'll post our Halloween pictures as soon as I find my camera! :)

I finally got my computer to work, maybe for a few minutes, maybe for good, who knows!

Robert won the name game and Tara Katherine was born on Wed., Sept. 23, at 12:24 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 20 inches long. Everything went very smooth and very quick. I told Dr. T after I had her that all that was way too easy! We could have come home Thursday, but I asked him if I could stay an extra night because "M" was having her baby on Thursday and I wanted to stick around to see how she did. At 10:52 Thursday night, Tara's cousin Kamryn was born. She was 2 ounces bigger than Tara, and the same length. All I can say is I am glad they are not both mine! Now we are all home, and all doing well.

We had a little scare on Sunday. Tara hadn't gone to the bathroom in two days, so I called her doctor and he told me to take her to the hospital nursery and let them weigh her. Everything turned out ok, and she started peeing and pooping like crazy Sunday night and hasn't stopped since! I guess she just needed a little time to get her system working. She is eating like a champ and has been a perfect baby so far...........knock on wood!

Well today is the day....

Or it was supposed to be anyway. I got a call last week from Dr. T's nurse that they had to change it to Wednesday. ARG!!! I kept very busy this weekend cleaning my car, my house, and everything else hoping to "clean her out" but no luck. So I go in at 5 a.m. tomorrow, and if everything goes like it did with the boys, I will have a new baby girl around lunch. At least I hope it's still a girl!!! I've had several dreams the last few weeks that she was born a he! If that's true, he's going to be wearing lots of pink and looking pretty in his pink car seat and stroller! And no, she still doesn't officially have a name yet. Robert has one picked, but I haven't agreed yet. I sure hope something comes to me when I see her!

P.S. My home computer has been acting up the last few days (I think my son somehow got a virus on it) so if you don't get an update in the next few days, that's why. I don't know what I'm going to do at home for the next 5-6 weeks without a computer!!!!! I'm sure Charity will post something about her though, so just check her page! :) (Thanks for volunteering Sis!!! hahaha Love ya!)

The countdown is still on!

After a quick trip to L&D last friday, we're still counting down the days until the 22nd. 12 days until "Fred" will be here, if not before. I realized after lunch Friday that she hadn't been moving all morning and she is ALWAYS very active, so I decided to head to the hospital to get things checked out just in case. I would much rather be safe than sorry. Of course, as soon as I got there and they started trying to get everything hooked up, she went crazy! After about an half they sent me home. I was still dialated to a 2 on Friday, but when I went on Wednesday, I was at a 3. Of course, Dr. T. will be out of town all next week, so I'm sure that's when she will decide to come! I really want him to deliver her, so I'm going to try to hold her in there as long as I can.

Tomorrow is my baby boy's birthday. I can't believe he will be 8 years old!!! I will never forget how many years it has been since 9/11 because he was born the next day, no thanks to the dr. that just stuck his hands out to "catch" but wasn't even looking because he was too busy watching tv!! Not a good feeling seeing nothing but the back of your doctor's head when you are only 18 years old and having your first child! Sorry, had to rant!!! Have I mentioned how much I love Dr. T?!?! :) I'm so glad I was able to get in with him when I had Koy. Anyway, back to my son! Hahaha He wants to go to Prime Time for his birthday again, so I guess we will make a little family trip there tomorrow. I hope I don't walk her out while we are there. I would hate to have her on his birthday!
